When an FPV drone demands high current, peak C-rate is only part of the equation. What matters is how consistently the battery delivers power throughout the flight. YIHANG develops and manufactures its own LiPo cells in-house, optimizing electrode and electrolyte formulations for high-rate discharge, low internal resistance, and stable power delivery. Production Line – From Cell to Pack

We manufacture our own cells. Most FPV Drone Battery brands don't — they source cells from suppliers and only handle final assembly. We keep the full process in-house: chemistry, electrode formulation, electrode coating, cell stacking, BMS assembly, and final pack integration.

Trial orders start at 5–10 units. Fly it first, then scale up when you're ready.

Unlike suppliers that re-package third-party cells, YIHANG manufactures LiPo cells in-house at our Dongguan facility. Q1: What's the actual C-rate in real flight, not on paper?

Our FPV Drone Battery is rated at >10C continuous and up to 120C burst — verified under real flight conditions, not just lab tests. Full-throttle punch-outs, rapid throttle changes, aggressive freestyle — the power holds.


Q2: Can you customize the size to fit my frame?

Yes. Send us your battery bay CAD or inner dimensions. We'll adjust cell stacking and casing to fit tight or irregular compartments — no extra charge for the first prototype.


Q3: How long does a custom order take?

Standard packs from our spec sheet: 15-20 working days. Full custom (new housing, BMS firmware changes): 25-35 working days. Trial orders ship in 10-15 days — we know you want to fly it ASAP.


Q4: Do your batteries support fast charging?

We recommend 1C for maximum cycle life. If you need faster turnaround in the field, 2C charging is supported with a moderate cycle life reduction (around 15-20%). We can optimize cell chemistry based on your priorities.


Q5: Are these batteries certified for international shipping?

Yes. All shipments include UN38.3 test summary, MSDS, and transport hazard declarations. CE and RoHS available for EU markets.
