We manufacture our own cells. Most FPV Drone Battery brands don't — they source cells from suppliers and only handle final assembly. We keep the full process in-house: chemistry, electrode formulation, electrode coating, cell stacking, BMS assembly, and final pack integration.

In-House Cell Manufacturing & Chemical Customization
Unlike suppliers that re-package third-party cells, YIHANG manufactures LiPo cells in-house at our Dongguan facility. We directly control electrode slurry formulation, cell stacking, and electrolyte density, ensuring reliable 120C burst discharge and low internal resistance under heavy current loads.

Every technical specification—including 350 Wh/kg energy density, 120C burst power, and 1,000-cycle life—is validated through internal laboratory testing and field flight telemetry. Full test reports, discharge curves, and cell IR logs are available for technical evaluation.

We recommend 1C for maximum cycle life. If you need faster turnaround in the field, 2C charging is supported with a moderate cycle life reduction (around 15-20%). We can optimize cell chemistry based on your priorities.
